Big enough to offer you the best.
So many options, so confusing. We understand how it all works we simply would like to share our knowledge with you.

I would just like to thank the wonderful staff of Smith and Bormann for their guidance in choosing the best Medical Aid and Gap Cover for my family. The explained things in a way I could understand. Great advice, great service and a wonderful experience.
If it was not for the efficiency way the staff at Smith and Bormann handle the admin for my husband’s operation, I don’t know what I would have done. Normally after you have signed on the dotted line, you only ever hear from your broker when they want to sell you another policy. But not these people, their admin staff kept me updated on everything and even took care of the paper work for our Gap Cover claim.
I want to mention that I sure have enjoyed doing business with you. Secondly, I wanted to tell you thank you for all of your hard work. My wife and I very pleased with your level of professionalism and friendliness.
For both personal and business insurance, medical aid and generally great advice. I have no hesitation in recommending Marc and Joanne.
